Good news for you here, wheels on all "normal" golf carts (Club Car, EZ Go, Yamaha, Columbia, etc) are all the same! Anything wheels you see should work just fine.

New set of wheels and tyres should be arriving tomorrow :-)

Also the voltage regulator arrived a couple of days ago. Fitted that and checked the voltage - maxes out at 15.6V now.

Cart was a bit reluctant picking up from idle - but a quarter turn on the idle mixture screw to richen it up a tad an it's now perfect. Starts and runs just as it should. Had a good play with it yesterday and it's now fine.

I will make the effort to get some pictures posted.

Body next...

Eric,
I'm just getting my DX4 back together as well. I was wondering if you have any pictures of the governor cable? I have a tube that I "assume" is for the governor but no clue. The manual shows the cable but not the to/from locations.

Thanks!

Dave

Hi Dave, Sorry for the late reply - yes I'll get out and take some for you.

Hi,

Yes all done - works well. Engine is very worn - but I'll have to live with that.
