Default Engine Swap On again/Off again

I never owned a gas cart before but I've driven plenty and one thing I absolutely love about 'em is how the engine cuts off when you let off - and then cuts back on again when you press the go petal.

I am currently in the research stages of an ATV swap and wanted to know is it possible to add the start/stop function above to an ATV swap? ...a Big Block swap?

Not sure how that system works or what its called, any help is appreciated. Thanks.

CSASON explained it well here

So a starter/generator spins the engine till it starts, then servers as a generator providing electric for the cart and recharging the battery one the engine is running. Id love to see a pic of what one of these look like and if it could be applied to a ATV motor!

The trick will be mounting the starter generator to the atv engine and the clutch with the starter belt on it.
The electronics is just some micro switch's to kill or switch the ignition on or off.
The pulley is in this pic but the start gen is not.
