Looks like that would be a counter clockwise rotation engine based on the pull start cam on the flywheel? Also has an internal governor that may be useful for other projects besides a golf cart build. |

 It was most likely designed for a different application... like a power washer or something. It probably has an ACR also... which isn't a bad thing. |
