Default 2000 Club Car v-glide Limit switch

Here’s my issue, my limit switch in my vglide keeps blowing out, checked all wiring, it correct, not sure where to go next, replaced solenoid, forward/reverse switch, any suggestions what’s causing this to blow out when I put in in forward and give it gas

make sure its wire correctly as per diagram , and send some pics of …..well , everything , vglide , solenoid , charge receptacle , FnR switch....all the goodies...

the limit switch inside the vglide goes to the solenoid (green) and the Neg - side of the charge receptacle ….

I can only imagine that a limit switch does not react well when one spade has negative and the other spade has positive, only a guess. Why else would they Blow?

You said you installed a new solenoid. Does the new solenoid have a diode across the two small terminals? If so, it'll blow the limit switch in the V-glide every time if the diode is installed backwards.
