CarryAll dies when letting off accelerator
Just resurrected a 1994 CarryAll IV with a FE350 CCW motor. This unit also has a key start. Starts well and moves OK. Sometimes when letting off of the accelerator pedal while driving, the motor dies. While still moving I can turn the key to start and the motor fires up while still in motion. Is there something with the relay that causes it to "un-latch ". This doesn't happen every time but enough to make it annoying. Currently I have the rev limiter disconnected.
Where do I look and what am I looking for? Does it have anything to do with the relay? Thanks for your help and have a safe 4th |
