Key Switch on when Charging
Hello all. I have a 96 48v CC DS with a bunch of upgrades. I have maybe a dumb question. I use my cart camping a lot. I have LED lights and speakers on my cart all tied into a 12v reducer, which is tied to the key switch. Can I keep the key switch in the “ON” position while charging my golf cart, so that I can play my speakers or keep my lights on without draining the batteries while sitting around the campsite?

Re: Key Switch on when Charging
It shouldn't be a problem. I would put it in neutral though so dogs or kids won't jump in a press the accelerator.
