Ok guys I have the coil and disassembled everything except one last bolt on the shroud that is dead against a the entire engine plat on the rear! How the heck do I get this out without moving the engine forward? Has anyone done this job Jesus Christ man this sucks. One bolt!

I just pull the motor out, 25minutes and its in your hand. Makes it easy to set the air gap, clean it up a bit.

Is it just the 4 bolts at the bottom of engine and maybe one bolt behind it that holds to the plate that have to come out to get this engine removed. I’m assuming both belts come off as well?

4 on the bottom, 2 in the back, then there are some other things you need to disconnect to get the motor completely out.

Thank you all for your help the ignition coil fixed it. Purchased an oem Kawasaki coil for $100 because I wasn’t planning on doing that job again anytime soon.
