1997 EZGO TXT No Spark Replaced Everything

Hi folks, long time listener, first time caller. I have a 1997 EZGO TXT Gas cart that I bought from a friend that had been sitting for a very long time unused. Overall it was in fairly good condition. The gas in the fuel lines was like molasses. The cart has no spark but will turn over. I have done the following:

Repairs/Changes:
Cleaned out fuel pump and verified functionality
Replaced Battery
Replaced Solenoid (Used a generic automotive solenoid)
Replaced Ignitor
Replaced Pulser
Replaced Spark Plugs
Replaced Coil
Changed fuel lines
Replaced fuel filter
Replaced Air Filter
Cleaned carb
Cleaned fuel tank
Replaced connector on (-) side of coil
Spliced wire on (+) side of coil
Spliced oil pressure wire
Wire brushed negative terminal to frame
Wire brushed Voltage regulator surface

When I press the gas, the solenoid clicks, and the motor turns, trying to start but does not start. I have tried using starter fluid and still nothing. I have also pulled the long spark plug wire from the spark plug, and stuck a screwdriver in, holding it close to frame with no spark. I have also done the same thing on the other spark plug wire and held the two screwdrivers close with a very weak spark (only one). One thing I have noticed is that there is low voltage, only 9v at the solenoid energizing post, and 8-9v at the ignition coil (+). I have tried my hardest to search the forums for a similar problem but none have solved my dilemma. Any suggestions is very much appreciated.

Well, shop couldn't figure it out. Taking it to another next week.

These carts are not that complicated to make run correct.
Could you upload a video to youtube of what it is doing and post the link here ?
You did install the battery the correct way ? believe me it can be done.
That generic automotive solenoid will not last 30 minutes
If you are handy working on things then try yourself to get it going.
Check that battery and post back

If you are anywhere near Celina, Ohio I can give you the contact number of a guy that will guarantee he can fix your cart. I had a similar problem that 2 shops could not fix and he fixed it.

I will try to record a video and get it uploaded. Wouldn't the solenoid at least get the spark working? I also checked the battery and it's negative terminal is grounded to the frame.

Page L5. If you have 12 volts at the battery but not at the solenoid, you are losing voltage somewhere in between. Ignition switch?

I have taken it to a local dealer for repair. I will definitely post the problem once they let me know.

If you replaced the ignitor with an aftermarket you should know I put 3 new aftermarket ignitors on my 97 cart and all 3 were junk. Found an OEM ignitor and it now runs great.
