Default Jakes 4" lift just installed on DS, front end pops on any flex.

Searched a bunch for this, couldn't find anything specific. I did go back and re-tighten everything down. I get a pop/creak from any flex in the front end. Im not talking crazy flex, just going over any small grades/curbs. I assumed getting this A arm kid would help with the flex, but the steel plate/frame that comes with the kit seems to be flexing quite a bit, I added more washers and tightened down the one bolt connecting the leaf springs to the frame. That seems to be more the source of the problem. Im running out of ideas, has anyone else experienced this?

Any help or input is appreciated.

Thanks

Matt.

Did you check the frame for any cracks or cracked welds? Sounds like the crossmember between the front rails is loose on one side.

You mean the subframe that comes with the kit? I thought so as well, Ill have to take it apart to see again. I took a vid of that bolt in the center of the subframe, from the leaf springs, it does flex quite a bit but I'm still perplexed where the pop is coming from. Mind you, this is only when one side is flexing, meaning, going up a curb diagonally. I assumed this is where the A arm kit should shine.
