Your input is what you need to figure out.
Who said I have magic changing gears? So what's my final drive ratio?

Sho says stock gears are 13:1.

Manual says 13.65:1.

Several golf cart retailers say 12:1

Shepard says I have magic changing gears

All I'm saying guys, when I plug those numbers in, I get the following:
(with 23.25" tires; 5000 rpm)
13:1 = 26.6 mph
13.65:1 = 25.3 mph
12:1 = 28.8 mph

My actual speed is 33.0 mph.

My point is, none of the scenarios match my actual speed. How can that be?

So, Shepard says I think I have magic changing gear ratios or something, who said anything about changing gears?

What I said was, when I play with the ratio numbers on the calculator, to get the speed to match 33 mph, I come up with 10.47:1. How is that possible? What combination of gears, pulleys, tires, etc make the final drive 10.47:1? That's my question.

I've yet to hear someone figure this one out. Lot's of opinions, but no one has explained that yet.

Using Sho's website he linked

https://www.crawlpedia.com/rpm_gear_calculator.htm

I get 10.485:1 ratio = 33 mph (5000 rpm, 23.25", 1:1 trans ratio)
