Update, don’t have enough post to PM Fender but if someone else can would be awesome. I called Textron and a rep is helping me find the part number for the intermediate gear (double gear.) Once I get a part number or they allow me to order just the gear I will post everything here for others to enjoy.

From reading Fenders post, it appears the only change needed is the intermediate gear unless I read it wrong. He said the ring gear and small gear was all the same teeth count etc but the intermediate gear was the difference. Anyone else read it differently?

I went 27” and lost some torque…not terribly but gears would be nice. I’m running 72v lithium with Navitas 600 amp tho.

I would be careful about going with high speed gears. It will drastically reduce your torque and may be hard on your motor, controller, batteries. I have one Yamaha cart with 9:1 high speed gears and stock it could not start and climb moderate hills if you started on them. If I went with oversize tires, the problem would be way worse. I would just go with larger tires and stay away from high speed gears.

Spoke with Randy at Textron! The entire differential assembly is $500+. However, he could not locate a part number for the intermediate gear needed. The gear is only available by ordering the complete differential assembly:(
