Smile WTB crankshaft & Ballance shaft spacers for 352 ezgo

I'm building a ezgo, robin 352 eng from two broken ones and have everything I need except the crankshaft and ballencer shaft spacers, the ones I have are too thick, and the book says you need to be within.003 to .015 to be right. The one I need for the crankshaft is between .006 to .018, and for the ballencer is between .003 to .015. Any help would be nice.
In metric that would be
0.2mm to 0.4mm for the crankshaft
0.1mm to 0.4mm for the ballancer shaft
These are small and should be easy to mail
Willing to pay fair price

Thank You

I found some washers the right thickness,, used my lathe to cut the ID to the right size, got a reminder of why you should wear eye protection , just a two dollar pair of goggles saved my eyeball. So I now have the spacer for the ballancer shaft
But I still NEED a spacer for the crankshaft.
PLEASE HELP ME.

I gave up, spent over an hour and made a spacer, got the eng back together and back into car.
