Re: Shocks?
If stiff ride is not an issue, just buy a set of after-market HD rear leaf springs for under $100 . . . trying to match up HD shocks may be a problem . . . not sure . . .

Re: Shocks?
You can check out Monroe . They have a website listing all shocks by type and style/size that you can cross reference by . I ordered a set of reg rear shocks from NAPA for less than I could find from eight different cart websites . Also , saw one cart parts supplier with rear helper springs that might be the ticket . Wish I had gone that route since I ended up taking out two of the four leaves on the HD ones . I have wonderful hind-sight !

Re: Shocks?
The only shocks that will help you with carry weight are air shocks. They will maintain ride height but be very stiff.

Re: Shocks?
Scott is right, HD shocks are valved harder but carry no more load.
You may find some coil overs with progressive springs to help but they will sag some as the load gets heavier. |

Re: Shocks?
H/D leaf springs are the way to go. under $100 installed in about an hour, and you can remove leaves if you want a softer ride. I am very pleased with that upgrade for my cart. 2 people tree stands and rough trails but I no longer hear the wheels draging on the fenders.
