For an AC setup with other AC setups I have seen around here you are going to want nothing shy of 105ah. If you can afford more I believe that eco has 160ah battery either already available or coming soon. But If I recall correctly its over $4000

I agree. You need a battery capable of supplying the needed current for this powerful cart. Higher AH usually also means higher current capability. (and higher $$)

$4000 way out of my budget for a 95 club car , even though only the body is original lol

No 12v batteries. 48v only.

Remember that an AC powered cart is more efficient than a DC powered cart, so an AC cart should go more miles than a DC cart all things being equal.

If $4k is out of reach, and it is a lot of money, then I think the 105Ah at around $2800 should do you. It is the 4kW 440A kit you have, not the 5kW 600A so you should be ok.

The 105Ah Eco Battery can supply 175A continuously, 300A for 30 seconds and 500A for 3 seconds. It’s a very capable battery.

This a a situation where a diy pack could have advantages. The 48v pack I made uses 90ah lifepo4 3c cells. I used a 300a continuous bms and have the pack setup for 260amps continuous 600 peak.. It was under a grand to build. Just something to consider as most preassembled packs use the smaller cells it seems.

Can't he tune his cart down to use a smaller pack if he's not interested in pushing it to his full capability?
