Default 2012 Yahama YDREX3 48volt

Cart just died on the road. Batteries new and 51 volts, No solenoid click on the switch or accelerator. 48 volts to key switch, no buzzer in reverse, Forward and reverse switch shows to be opening and closing , key switch 48 volts and opening and closing. Stop switch opening and closing and 48 volts.
replaced the solenoid with new one. Large post on top of solenoid show 51 volts
two small post about 30 volts best I can tell. I suspect bad controller or motor . No click with on solenoid with tow switch, key, or reverse forward switch. Any advice? Voltages were checked with a volt meter and continuity checked on switches.

Unplug the main plug at controller & recheck solenoid terminals.

small terminals on the solenoid check 50 volts each with multi pin plug on the controller unplugged and the tow switch in run. 0 volts when in the tow position. This reading is taken small terminals on solenoid to large ground cable attached to the controller. same readings key on or off. Thank you for your help.

also 50 volts on small solenoid treminals with multi pin plug plugged in. Yesterday I must not have been getting a good ground when I was getting 30 volts each small terminal on the solenoid. still no click of any kind and no reverse buzzer. cart is easy to roll around with the tow switch off.

Is there a way to check the motor with a volt meter and ohms without removing it from the cart? If the motor is bad would that keep the solenoid from clicking in where the tow switch and key are turned on? Also would it effect the reverse buzzer?

could the speed sensor be the problem of the solenoid not clicking?

Solenoid has positive power (from tow/run switch), it's lacking the negative side, which is provided by the controller. Should cycle the solenoid when tow/run flipped to run, even without input from tach, throttle sensors or key switch. If tow/run is good, and no solenoid click (negative missing, positive on both sides) when flipped, controller is bad.
