Default Large Flag Holder Part Source or Fab Ideas

I want to fly dual large flags from the rear of my cart occasionally for football weekends and holidays (4th of July), etc...

I'm not talking those mini flags off the front windshield post either.

I've been searching but haven't found any ready-made large flag pole holders for carts.

What is everyone using to fly large flags off the back?

Show your pics and mounts!!

Mount PVC pipes and put the flag poles in them.

Just remember, large flags create a huge amount of stress on what they are mounted to.

Why not just do like Scotty does, paint the cart as a flag. If you have a decent trailer hitch, bolting a staff mount to it should not be a problem.

Okay this is what I use for my flag I use a PVC pipe, strap ties I chose this route because I travel a lot and being able to put up the flag and take down the flag quickly was one of my concerns so that was the reasoning for the strap ties with the PVC pipe....

Will send a better close up picture after I get off, I run two flags most of the time a Texas flag that says come and take it, and the pirate flag.

Thanks for the replies.

Yep, seems a straight PVC or steel pipe and metal hose clamps are the quick and easy way to go.

Living on the beach we have to be flag friendly, the PVC pipe and the zip ties are the most cost effective way to fly, we drill holes all the way through the PVC pipe two inches down from the top, and then another 36 inches below that

Got my twin flag holders mounted.

2 1 1/4" thick PVC 3 foot tall mounting bases held tight to the rear seat frame with metal hose clamps, all sprayed satin black.

The top part are 2 1" diameter PVC pipes with holes drilled at 3 locations for zipties to go through to hold the flag. These pipes are tightly held in the mounting posts and can be adjusted quickly up or down for various flying heights.

Not too tall, just the height I wanted (a little taller than the roof line).

Thanks again everyone for the ideas. If you can't buy it, fab it.

Haven't got the flags yet, will post more pics when I do.
