got snow??????????
took my yamaha 400 miles on the trailer this past week to KY , on a hunting trip, temps in the 20's, 3" snow, 1 inch ice later in the week, it performed GREAT in the snow and ice, rode at least 5 to 7 miles a day on the buggy. It was so much fun. I started painting the buggy(predator camo) the week before i left and , with rain , i only got the front half painted, it i knew it was going to snow...i would have left it WHITE

Re: got snow??????????
Where in KY were you hunting? I live in Hart CO. KY (south central part of the state) and we didn't receive any snow like that. Only got alot of rain. Anyway did you have any luck hunting? I hunted all week but had no luck(Bad weather conditions...TOO MUCH RAIN AND WARM WEATHER.) But did get to try my cart out in the mud. (Stock 36 volt club car with tractor tread tires on back, not lifted but went great.)

Re: got snow??????????
i would like the snow to ride my sled....to hell with a golf cart in the winter.
i'm keeping my 2000 thundercat, but i bought a 96 xcr600sp cheap and rebuilt the top end. sure it would be much better on the trails up there but i only get to make it up 1 or 2 times a year. all open fields around here and country roads...kinda have to give up the thundercat and keep the polaris |
