yes i did , drove up north last weekend and picked it up as a basket case. Motor ,rear end and front end all apart on it with a stock front beam. Motor was stuck in 3rd gear. Now in the process of getting it all lined out of witch rout i'm going. Was going to leave stock hight with a front disc brake set up on it and a 6:1 rear gear with a limited slip and some fat slicks on it,,,,BUT .. Now i come across this post and see how it was built and how low motor actually hangs out of the bottom a ton so i guess im going to have to go back to the lifted rout , we will see

well congrats on the purchase hopefully u get everything sorrted out and back on the road again. i am slowly building mines lil by lil and where would u get the limited slip for the stoxl tranny in still trying to see where i can get the rear sproket from

what kind of cart ate you building? cart /engine ?

ez go with acarburated 600cc motor from a kantana. thanks for the info brother ok so my chain is 530 and i need to convert to 520?? and what size sproket do i need fo the front and rear

that is the rear gear , yes needs both to be 520 chain
and the largest 520 sprocket that fits the katana motor for front
you want to go to the 6:1 gear in rear with limited slip

does is this the right front sproket for the motor??? its says it the 520 17 tooth for a 2003 suzuki kantana

ok so i found the sprockets now where do i find or how do i fine the 6:1 gears for the diff and the seal for diff and where do i find the manual to take the diff apart n remove governor and install gears
