Re: 4x4 honda powered buggy
Are you relocating your fan/oil cooler? I can save you a step and maybe some heartache. Don't cut and extend your oil lines. I thought about it, did some research. Turns out the oil pump can't handle the extra volume pushing the oil the longer distance(he added somewhat 3 foot of line.)
I elected to cut a hole and put my oil cooler through the front of the seat. This made my console too wide and the corner rubs my calve on long rides. I'm in the process of changing this around. May move whole ATV frame back 1 inch. Don't know yet still in the planning/drink-beer-and-look-at-it stage. |

Re: 4x4 honda powered buggy
Ive been thinking about that and i think im going to just use a 10" or 12" fan so it will give me more room. The factory fan is just too thick and i didn't want to make a center console. I still have a bit of fab work to do on the front end and i have to cut 14" out of the floor because it was extended for the dump bed it had on it.
