With most of these kits you will have to do some cutting and fabricating to make them work. If it says it fits a DS I don't think it will matter what year it is.

placed a order with vegas carts for a heavy duty driven clutch that should arrive tomorrow. also placed an order for the custom fuse and wiring that i want to setup on the cart.
i am finishing up a hitch i made for the cart. then will get the clutch on and figure what belt i need. also have to setup the drive clutch for a 1 3/16 belt.when i bought it from vegas carts it was setup for a stock 1" belt.im gathering parts slowly. |

got the clutch in today.installed it then had to pull the drive clutch back off to open it up for 1 3/16 belt instead of 1" belt. its moving slowly.lol i will get some pics up soon

so i finished up a small battery box and a reese hitch for the rear i will be putting a back seat on this cart so im prolly going to have to build an extended hitch reciever but wont be hard.
and heres some more pics. gotta get the girls in there to.they are excited to ride it.             |

got the alternator and wiring in the mail today.
the alternator s so small but its 40 amps so it should be plenty power. got some shim stock also as the vegas carts clutch is for a 1" bore the honda shaft is just short so the shim stock makes up for it making a real good fit. this should be a real fun cart i hope. i got a bracket made and the alternator mounted but need to make a sslide bracket for it . brother inlaw took the hitch to work and sandblasted it so put some paint on it soon        |
