Default Cart will not go 2000 Series DS

Solenoid clicks but no cart movement . Ran fine then 20 mins later no go .

i thought it was the outer limit switch on the f/r but it seems to have consistent continuity jumping green and white together does nothing .

continuity seems fine on the f/r in both positions

on limit switch 1 green/white & blk/white , with meter neg on pack neg key on pedal pushed i get 42 volts on both wires

meter neg to pack neg key on pedal pushed get 51 volt on controller #1 tab red wire

across the lg lugs of the solenoid reads 10.2

pack side of the solenoid to b- 51.

the 2 small post on solenoid with key on and pedal pushed 51. volts

b- to b+ 41.

pack positive to b- 51. volts pack pos to m- key on 10. up to 41. volts as pedal is pushed

also have yellow to obc wire removed from solenoid and and jumper from small post to b- for dpi charger

controller yellow (3) to green (2) 5.6 ohms to 0 with go pedal pushed both positions of f/r

where to look next ?

I thought I had mine fixed. I found a corroded connector on the black/white wire on the F&R limit switch closest to the body this wire goes to the small post of solenoid and to pin 1 of controller to power it on when pedal is pushed. I replaced the connector and the cart worked. However it is doing it again so I still have a problem somewhere. I'll be working on mine today. If you find that you have the same problem I'll post here what I find with mine.
no light on my fsip controller , i continuity from blk/white to solenoid and tab 1 on all is good

I was actually getting voltage to pin 1 but not enough amperage to power on the controller due to corroded connectors. Today I replaced both connectors at the F&R limit switch and the one at pin 1 of controller and now it powers on again. The connectors were not corroded bad it was not obvious that they would be a problem but they clearly were causing the controller to not power on. I still have a problem somewhere but I posted that in my thread.

I did not see any readings where you actually tested the solenoid contacts are closing.

What is the voltage on Controller B+ after the solenoid clicks?

If it is not pack voltage, the solenoid has failed.

pack neg to b+ slow climb to 40.8 , solenoid clicks drops to 18.9

The solenoid has failed, you need to replace it.

The reason the voltage at B+ is dropping when the solenoid clicks is that the current is flowing only through the pre-charge resistor and that is what is causing the voltage to drop.

It should, but only do that with the cart raised.
