Have you changed the cables? Perhaps you have some corrosion inside the calbe insulation causing the heat?

Are you running a factory controller? Is the cart lifted? Is the cart loaded with heavy cargo or accessories?

Everything factory except 6'' lift 22 in tires the cart is not loaded down ,does it on lower speeds if it ever stalls takes 5 min and have to run wide open to keep from stalling again.

Throw a bag of ice in the battery compartment and let it rest against the controller plate. That'll confirm if it is or isn't a Thermal Cutback issue within the controller. It shouldn't be heating up that fast unless you're just creeping through the woods. If that's what you're doing, it's normal. A series conversion may be what you need.
