New Electric Moke, need more speed

I have a friend buying the Moke. It's electric with AC controller and is limited to 25mph. The controller is supposed to be an "Enpower MC3336-6040". I've not found much info on it, but are these capable of being modified for more speed? She's afraid that 25mph may not be fast enough when on a 30 or 35mph street. She's wanting to get 30mph or a little more.

I did find online where I can buy the software from china for $180 but that doesn't include the patch cable and that'll be some other unknown price. One of the things it lets you change it the motor rpm limit.

More info, I found the Enpower MC3336-6040 also goes under the guise of Inpower MC3336-6040. The "6040" part means 60V max, 400 amp max. The moke has 175/60R14 wheels which should be 22 to 22.5 inches and it claims a 12:1 ratio so it probably is really a golf cart axle.

I found a company in China that'll sell me the software for setting the parameters. Looks like I'll be buying the software (for $180) and the patch cable and who knows how much for shipping. Then I should have what I need to update some of the parameters.

I won't be changing much... I know better than to get too deep. I'm thinking that simply setting the motor RPM limit 5,800 will get the speed she needs. Based on tire size and axle ratio and the fact that it is currently limited to 25mph means the current max RPM is 4500 or 4600.

Setting it to 5,800 should give a theoretical max of 31.6 assuming 22 inch diameter tires... We'll see. Since everyone always says 6k is 'safe' I want to set this a bit below that.

I'm assuming it'll be a while before I make the change as I am waiting on shipping from China and then afterwards I need to find a time to get out to Orlando to connect to the Moke. I'll update this thread afterwards so if anyone searches for 'Moke' later they'll see it.

I just received my controller from CHina and did something funky to my Moke does anyone have a list of the original factory settings?

Is it an Enpower MC3336? If so, I have most of the original settings assuming your software is the same as mine.

If you don't mind me asking, did your original controller fry and do you have an idea as to why? My friends moke just had (I think) their controller fry. It was giving a 1-3 error code (1 long beep and 3 short beeps, then repeat). Was your controller giving an audible error code?

Pulse Numbers per Round of the Encoder = 64
Encoder Orientation = 1
Initial Pole Angle of PMSM Motor Field = 0

There are a handful of additional items on the first tab, but it scrolled off the screen and I didn't capture that in the picture. I saw that later and knew I wasn't changing any of those so I didn't go back and get a picture.

Im wondering if you or anyone knows what F# to change in the programing for the settings for the Low Comsuption (Not the Speed which is F47) but when Low Comsuption should be activated to change the speed.

My issue is I have about 3-4 green bars left before the yellow and the Moke is going into Low Comsuption Mode. Seems way to early, wanting it to activate in the yellow. I could just change the speed higher but, I like it idling down some to give a warning. I rather have it activate in the yellow.



P.S.
Has anyone seen or made a guide describing what each F# does I know there is descriptions in programing and some are clear on what they are for but others your second guessing your self.

Here's the stock values from the second tab:
Initial Acceleration = 1200
Secondary Acceleration = 1500
Reverse Acceleration = 1000
Deceleration Rate = 700
Braking Deceleration Rate = 3000
Speed Kp = 1500
Speed Ki = 1000
Reversed = 100
Braking Time after loosing the throttle = 20
Speed Filter Coefficients = 0
Self Learning Enable Position = 1
SOC of the battery = 0
The Idle State Motor Torque Setting = 100
Counting Down Coefficients = 8
Assisted-brake Start-up Speed Setting = 0

There looks like there was one more setting on this second tab that I do not have. The lable of this tab is partially visible, I don't have the first several characters but "F1-DATA" is clearly visible.

There appears to be two or three more settings that scrolled off the screen on this picture. Please let me know if this is anything like what you're seeing or if this info helps you get back to stock.
