Squeaky Spring
Lately I've been noticing a squeaking noise from the front end of my cart. I think it is coming from the area between the leaf spring and the plate above it. It is most annoying when going over uneven terrain with a full load on board. I checked tightness on all bolts and bushings and greased all zerks and everything looks good and solid. Anyone ever had this and what did you do to remedy it?
Thanks, Wayne |

Re: Squeaky Spring
Yep...
Use spray white lithium grease (with a nozzle hose) and spray it between your spring, and plates, and all other moving parts where there are no grease zirc's or lube points. wipe off the excess! Spray silicone may work as well also! |

Re: Squeaky Spring
Thanks, Lockman. I will try that. Do I have to loosen up the four bolts squeezing the spring and plate together or just try to get the spray in there?
