Default Beast Motor Measurements Needed

I am in need of the length measurement of their AMD 7114 "Beast" electric motor on their Club Car DS. I'm wanting to see if I have room to fit one into my Yamaha G2 project. I only have 9 inches of clearance between motor mounting surface and the air shock. Can't seem to get an answer from any of the companies selling motors.... Thanks in advanced!

Default Re: Beast Motor Measurements Needed

Sorry if this is too late but I just brought my cart home from the marina. I measured the main body of the motor and it is 9" from the mounting flange to the back of the motor. Then there is a 9/16" bump out on the back that appears to be for the bearing.
