Default 2005 CCP 48v

So I am waiting on delivery of my Navitas AC conversion, have upgraded solenoid and have gutted the cart wiring. Have an on-board charger so I have removed the OBC.

I separated the factory bucket harness from the rest of the cart wiring , in doing so I had to cut a black, an orange and a white/blue wire from the 12 pin bucket harness. As I said I have removed the OBC and want to have everything as clean as possible in the battery compartment. I have a 48-12v reducer and a fuse block for accessories and lighting. Gutting the bucket harness was necessary as I have the alpha body kit and the lights will not work with any other harness.

Has anyone done anything similar and could provide some pointers ar wiring diagrams? Don’t want to put power to the cart and fry everything!!

Cheers

What do you need, exactly? To know what wires you removed?

There is no wiring in the cart at the moment. I have lighting all figured out with new harnesse’s. Will have new wires coming from the motor to the controller. What I have left is is a tan wire from the controller that splices into a purple wire with a clip on it , a blue wire that goes to the MCOR and a white/blue that went to the 12 pin plug I cut out.

Black round pin connector from battery that splices into a black and orange that went to the 12 pin I cut when removed and a purple that goes to the 9 pin

Those are the 3 wires I cut, I guessing it’s just ground and switched power ?

Sorry buddy, I can't help you there. Where did you get the Navitas? If it was from REvolution or Carts Unlimited, I'm sure you could call or email.
