That's what I use for BAIT.....and artificial crawdads....as I found when I would open up the stomachs of the one I had caught that's mostly what they had been eating. "knock wood" I haven't gotten skunked yet, the fewest I have caught in the neighborhood was 4.

and I love bluegill/redear/pumpkin I think the fewest of those at one time was a dozen. I caught this batch one day last fall.....and caught another batch the same size the next day!

I tournament fished for years but I'm not nearly as mad at those little green guys as I used to be. I fished 200 days a year once upon a time. Sold the boat in 2000. I still love fishing but mostly a pond fisherman now.

Default Bass Fishermen.....do we have any?

Down south here it's crappie and catfish for a good fish fry. Don't forget the hush puppies

I'm with you on this one!! I have a BUNCH in the freezer now, and every now and then we have the kids and their kids over, its a great time.......and another reason for me to go fishing!!! LOL

I truly just love to get out and fish....usually by myself, the quiet is great. and I just "catch and release", that is until the freezer stock starts to get low! LOL then its "ON LIKE DONKEY KONG"!!
