Default 15 Ezgo TXT Dying going up hills

15 Ezgo TXT Kawasaki engine. I keep dying goong up hills. It dies then starts right back up and goes the rest of the way. It is running out of gas. It spits, sputters, and misses.

So I just redid this cart over the winter. Forst of season no issues. It has a brand new gas tank and sending unit (Drilled through original when pulling body) it has a new fuel pump, lines, new line from crank case to pump, and fuel filter. Its got fresh 90 oct rec gas in it.

Pulled bowl on carb and float is working correctly. There is no adjustment on these as they are all plastic float.

I am stumped. Any ideas here. Soon as I start up the hill it starts to die. Dies. Then srarts rigjt back up and makes it the rest of the way.
On flat ground with governor adjusted. I can flat foot it and will never die or stall.

Thanks anyone for any help

Put a sock on the pick up to keep gas from slashing around

Yes does this with full tank as well. Its a brand new tank and pickup as well. Checked all connections there so not sucking air. Its like clockwork. Every hill runs out of gas. Then starts right back up and makes it up the rest of the way.

Im think only thing left is carb. Should run on whats in bowl alone with no other fuel source at least a couple 100 yards. So should eliminate any fuel delivery side.

I did install a Kawasaki OEM fuel pump. Made no difference. So noew tank, and Sending unit assembly. New fuel lines and connections and only thing not repllaced is the carb.

Are the clutches downshifting properly? Might be stalling under load as you start up the hill, then clutch resets when it quits and able to run up the hill.

How have you determined that it is running out of fuel when it dies? I think you’re chasing the wrong horse
