Default 01 txt heat issue

Ok this may be a stupid question, but I just replaced the driven clutch with an aftermarket new one. Is there any reason that the new clutch would cause the engine to heat up quick? I replaced the clutch and now when I drive it gets REALLY warm under the seat. I just had the values replaced in the fall. Any chance this is related to the clutch or just a coincidence?

Is it a new belt too because maybe the belt is just warring in and maybe that’s what’s making the heat
