You should check with Alltrax and see if that is the correct field map for that motor. I'm not sure it is, because these old Regen 2 motors are different than the IQ motors. Similar outside, but totally different inside.
Also turn your max armature amps down to 300 or less, you can cook that motor in a heartbeat trying to run too many amps through it.

Ok so talked to Alltrax, firmware is good. Had me drive while monitoring the controller pretty much said if 100% throttle and motor voltage reading is the same as battery voltage or even withen a few 10ths than the controller is good and I am getting all the motor has to give.

So I pulled an IQ motor (round speed sensor) out of a project cart which by the way was stuck on the input shaft and only took a couple of hours to get off.........Anyhow dressed the armature and fresh brushes and we are at 18MPH. Guess I had 2 bad motors???

Dunno, that still seems a bit slow to me, but it's certainly improvement over the other motors.
What size tires are on it? What pressure in them?
Pack voltage seems about right, but do any of your cables get warm after running for a bit?

Stock cart, tire pressure is good, nothing seems to be getting any hotter than warm. I did clean the cables and treat them then put it on charge, might be a touch better, but the customer is happy with 18 and the fact he can plug into it and change the speeds for his kids to drive so we are gonna call it good.
