Their on-line specs are non-existent for this charger. Does the tag list the amps? 12 amps doesn't seem enough for the large capacity battery. My EB charger is 15 amps and the capacity is a lot smaller at 72Ah.

From what UpstateNYDS said, you may have the incorrect charger.
The tag is on the side next to the cart body...I can't read it.
I'm jus' goin' by what the website shows....
https://bigbattery.com/products/kit-...-103ah-5-3kwh/

It dunna take real long to charge the batt.....even set at 56v.

I'll have a better grasp now that my Renogy is connected.
So far I have fin it down to 75%, but it wasn't quite fully charged when I calibrated to 100%

After I charge and recalibrate I'll have a better feel for things.

This package shows it as 12 amps. Maybe you're fine with that. No point in worrying about it as long as it charges as you need it to!

Charging a big battery with a small charger will/should not hurt the charger, the only drawback is that it will take proportionally longer to charge.

I ran the BB down to 52%
Put on the charger for 7 hrs.
After 5 hrs the digital voltmeter read 56.0v, the setting of the charger,
The Renogy read 56.0v and 100%
2 more hours on the charger to try to further balance the cells.
Looks like all is good.

So far, we have only had the patience to go to about 50%. The habit of plugging in daily is hard to change, although I assume we a fine if we do plug in daily.
