Rhox 7 BMF lift and disc brakes
Ok so I have a Rhox BMF 7 long travel lift kit installed on my 2003 ezgo txt.
I need front brakes. I odered and attempted to install jakes non lifted disc brakes. Passenger side installed fine because of the longer steering arm on that side. But on the driver side the length of the steering arm on the spindle the steering rod will hit the drivers side coil over. I have a neighbor who installed his on a terra toys lift without issue so this is why I have mine a shot. I know the long travel lift kit disc brakes have longer steering arms but the spindle end is tapered. I dont have the fab skills to weld this thing into what I need does anyone have any ideas? |

Yes: take it the spindle to a fab shop and have it extended. Super-simple job.

My Rhox 7 lift have the same length steering arm. Why did you choose to go with the non lifted version of the Jakes system?
