Gearing
Just finished a 20 hp. Honda install to a EZGO. It still needs more top end speed. Running about 25. Has amyone put a set of the 6:1 or 8:1 gears in one, If so which one and how much change? Thanks

Re: Gearing
My 8:1 gears came already installed. The Sponsors here sell them. Youtube a gear change for an idea of effort. Seems easy but just takes a little bit of time.

Re: Gearing
I just finished re-building my TXT from the frame up with a built 23 hp CPP Vanny and went with "8:1", and after the first road test, was already wishing I went with "6:1". If you have an ME29 rear end, note that these gear sets are NOT what the numbers indicate...they are really each about 2 points numerically higher (lower gear ratio).
