Default G16 Bed

Well it started out as a 2001 G16 lifted with ATV 10" tires purchased a lil over a week ago. In the short time "Golly" has been in the garage shes gained a horn, head and tail lights and a custom made tube front bumper. Needless to say I havent been spending much time running the vacuum! I however started tonite on converting a dilapidated garden trailer into my new truck bed. Luckily the length of the trailer bed is 2" narrower than the width of the cart so no modifications are going to be needed. Worked tonite and cut off the basket and the bag holders and fabricated a cross bar to hold the seat brackets rigid. Luckily I have a friend who does sandblasting and will be able to take care of the rust and garden deposits leaving me with a surface ready to prime. Pictures soon to follow.

Default Re: G16 Bed

Since the bed will be mounted with te rear gate opening to the side I opted to go ahead and put it to the drives side so if and when I have to move bags of mulch, rocks or anything else it wont require me walking all the way around the cart to open the gate.
