Where does the brown wire from the key switch run to on the briggs vanguard?

Most lawn engines, or ones with a magneto ignition (self powered coil on crank), the wire from the coil is grounded by the key or kill switch to turn them off. In the cart I put a clone in I used a bosch relay to kill (ground) the ignition when power from the pedal goes away, using the stock generator to start and run it just like a stock cart. Otherwise there is no way to turn it off because a G9 had an ignitor/coil that was powered to run.
