Re: Ngkra #49
Nope.......and I'm bummed. Hopefully they will be here tomorrow. If they show up, I'm gonna try and install tomorrow and will post pics shortly after.
I did get my second rear put back together 8:1's. This'll give me 4 rears and 5 different motors to try and see what combo will work the best. I am ready to get this thing under its own power! And I got to start on the cage. I'm thinkin bout stickin an old Par-go body on it. The one that the butt end looks like an old 40 Ford Coupe. What ya think?OR |

Re: Ngkra #49 New rear suspension!!!
Ok here goes my first attempt at a cool rear suspension setup for my little ClubCar. Or as I like to call her...."SBD"
First pic is with springs cut, and flipped, no shocks Start.jpg Little did I know that when you drop one this low, Motor hits really bad ON EVERYTHING!! So out comes the Sawz-all and air chisle Cut off top tabs.jpg Clean up the old leftover welds.... gind off welds.jpg Please be patient.....Loading more Pics |

Re: Ngkra #49 New coilover rearend
And I say the magic word.......along with some choice other ones and WAALAA!!!rear view.jpg
Top viewFrom above.jpg I don't really care for the down legs that the top of the coilover is mounted to. The material may not be strong enough. I probably will change it. Panhard frame mount.jpg But the Panhard bar mounts are the frame on one side and the bottom of the spring plate on the other. It works GOOD!Coil over and panhard mount.jpg |

Re: Ngkra #49 Still Sittin Low.....
Still sittin low but now has about 3-4 inches of travel in the back. Good thing is that after it is built, and weight is on it, I can still adjust the height and travel and tension on the coils.
