VC460 throttle and choke
I thought I'd share some pix of my throttle and choke set up. I use the Honda GX380 remote choke kit and fabricated a mount for the actuating knob as well as an emergency kill (switch just in case), on the cup holder. The clearance from the intake to the rear spring was just about nil so I use some radiator hose to move the intake away from the rear springs.I also found that the throttle response was better if I moved the throttle cable further out on the governor arm. Hope this helps anyone doing a G2/G9 swap.

Re: VC460 throttle and choke
You might want to rotate your set up some to get the air filter off the hot cylinder head.
