05 Carryall Club Car 48v

I bought a used 05 Carryall, the guy i bought it form said everything was replaced or rebuilt before he parked it, you can tell just about everything is new. I have 50V coming out of the batteries, I turn the key switch on and press the pedal and ll i hear is the micro switches clicking, Im only getting 2.3 Volts at the small terminals on the solenoid. I cant seem to find the right drawing for this cart, I dont see a OBC it has one solenoid, and a black controller 250Amp I believe. I'm looking for some help or some schematics or something. everything i find online is different than this one.
