Made a little progress on this (I think) today. Got the big wires hooked up like I think they’re supposed to go.

Now the small wires have me confused. The old switch had 5 wires hooked to a switch. Not sure how to hook them up to new switch.

Those 5 wires are hooked to 2 micro-switches. I'll make sure tomorrow, but I'm pretty sure they come from our MCOR(gas pedal). The front M/S with 2 wires keeps the solenoid from activating while in neutral and the back M/S with 3 wires tells the controller how far you have the pedal pressed to regulate speed. Let me verify this and I'll get back to you. Meanwhile I noticed this ad for the SW202 switch comes with detailed installation instructions. Maybe they'll send them to you?

I have Scottys instruction sheet (bought switch from him), but nothing like our set up....trying to look over several different ones (including ones you sent) to cipher how to set this up without burning everything up.... I'm going to trace wires today to see where those 5 wires come from.

I would take to someone to wire up, but I don't trust any of the shops near me to do any work. All they are interested in is selling me a new cart. I went to all of them last year (when I was researching lithium) and all of them either said they didn't know much about it or didn't trust the technology, too new? I asked them how long they have had a cell phone.....same technology. They looked confused.

The old lady had other things in mind for me today. I'll check them out tomorrow.

Let's see if this works. I got continuity between the small yellow wire on the solenoid to the purple wire on the 3 wire plug on the MCOR so it changed somewhere.

Is yours a 2009 patroit? Here is my big wire set up. My wires aren’t same colors and they go different places to old fnr switch. Strange they would not be alike.

Here is current small wire configuration. I opened the wiring harness and found crap where someone had spliced wires, wires no longer used. I think the guy that had it before had someone hacking it
