Default Fastest: Electric, EFI, or electric Lithium

So, I have a 2020 EFI Adventurer 2+2 that is great. Dan Plowman tuned it and I'm very happy with it.

That being said, hypothetically, if I were in the market for a second Yamaha Adventurer 2+2, which could be made faster for an extra couple thousand bucks, an electric cart, a gas cart, or an electric with lithium batteries? What setup would get it up there? If I did this cart in the next couple years, I would def buy it from, and have it tuned by, Don Plowman again. He's outstanding!
