Cart wont move or charge
Hi Everyone, im new to the site and owning a golf cart. Of course as soon as something goes wrong i search the site high and low to find any related issues that may help me, but no sucess, soooooo
I have a 2000 Ezgo with a series motor (not sure where to find the exact model name), I hope thats all you need to help me. so i had the cart for about 1 month now and it charged and worked fine ( alittle slow up hill, but i think thats normal) my son and i stopped by to talk to someone and i left the cart turned on, my son stepped on the gas pedel and i slammed on the break to stop the cart from hitting someone. I turned off the cart and when i when to turn it back on.....NOTHING....no click, no sounds at all. It wont move.... so i pushed it home and plugged the charger into it thinking maybe that would work....the charger didn turn on. PLEASE HELP!!!! Thanks in advacne for any advice. JD |

Re: Cart wont move or charge
Good chance you broke a battery cable and don't know it yet. Give each one a good tug and twist. One may come off in your hand.

Re: Cart wont move or charge
do you have a little black box under the seat with a toggle switch on the passenger side of the cart if so turn the key off flip the switch to tow maintenance position for about 30 seconds then flip it back to run position let set for thirty seconds then turn key back on this may reset the controller and allow it to function again

Re: Cart wont move or charge
Glad it's getting sorted out. Be careful working on those wires, you have a live arc welder there!
