Default somethings wrong

02 ezgo 36 volt txt. 500 amp alltrax, plum quick motor.

The power will cut out occasonaly when I am driving. It does it at all throttle positions. Half throltte, full throttle. Id say it happens every 20 seconds or so. It will loose power for a 1/2 second, jerk and be back on its way.

Could it be a bad soleinoid? I checked all the wirres and nothing seems to be loose.

Thanks

all the wires going to the controller are hooked up good. What would cause the intermittent power?

Thanks

Could be any one of a number of things. Weak, damaged or corroded connections wires from source or ignition switch or at solenoid. Unless you want to start buying parts .... you will need to start doing some detective work. Simplest test would be if somebody could watch the power on led on the Alltrax to see if it is going out when the cart falters?

Can you connect the laptop to the controller and drive in monitor (test) mode?

Log it and you should be able to save a txt file wth the output...then post it. I really am not sure if it will do that or not but its worth a shot.

Sounds like an ITS problem to me. Check your ITS. If your able to log it you might see something to do with throttle, etc etc...

When you open the program select the Monitor page and a 1 minute test ..... it will record several bits of info to view after the test period...
