Default Stealth 4X4 will move but real slow

I have a Stealth 48V 4x4, It will move but is turtle slow. New batteries fully charged, has a KDS AC motor 33V AC, has a SEVCON Gen 4 48V 450A controller, 2012 year model. Motor turns spins freely when removed from cart. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks

Put your digital voltmeter leads on the main positive and main negative. Floor the pedal and see what the lowest reading is before it levels off. Let us know the reading. It's best to do this on a level area.

Doing the above load test will give you a lot of info on the condition of your batteries and or your wiring. After checking that your wires are tight and the connections are clean with no corrosion, it's the first thing you should do if you're having problems with your cart. It's good if you have someone ride with you to watch the meter while you drive.
