Default 2009 Titan UTV 4x4 48v battery and wiring help

Does anyone have a wiring diagram for a 2009 Titan electric UTV?

Also I need to replace the batteries in this monster! It has eight 6v batteries. Should I stay with them or go with eight 12 v batteries? Yes I will have to wire them differently which is no big deal. Just looking for Max range.

Well I have received a manual from the manufacturer of the cart. I guess it looks like I will be figuring the wiring out myself. Here I go. Here are some pictures of my new ride. As of today I have $2400 in it. Last picture is how I got it. It sat under a tree for a year.

Ok I got it wired up. I have power. Battery meter works. Controller powers on and slowly and regularly flashes orange. Codes means it is operational.

I press the pedal and nothing.

Code changes to precharge fault. I checked the power of the small wires to the solenoid and I get 48v. The solenoid is new. I put a new diode and a new 500ohm resistor accross the small and large terminals respectively. I am stumped. Any help would be great.

I hear no clicking from the solenoid. Could it be faulty from the factory? Could I have the power wires backwards?

Solenoid Albright SW80-156
Controller Curtis 1244

Help please!!!

Do you have the curtis manual for that controller?

Theres a series of flashes you need to note as well.

On my curtis, i had a bad potentiometer and a bad throttle position switch that prevented controller from closing solenoid

Yes I have the wiring diagram for the controller, for the main wiring harness, for the accessories wiring harness and a parts catalog for everything.

I will look into those items. Thanks.

Just have to wait until my controller comes back from getting repaired.

Do you know what manufacturer built the rear end? I want to get a locker system for my front and rear differentials.
