1975 3 wheel Harley golf cart repair - referral?

Need to find a reputable place to do some engine work and minor body repair to a 1975 3 wheel harley golf cart. Family loves the cart. The body is fine just needs a strong power washing & cleaning. The concern is getting the engine back in running condition as it has sat for couple years outside. I'm figuring average cost for this type of work out this way will be $75 an hour. I'm really tossed on what to do as I don't want to give up hope in having it run around our yard once again. Not looking for a fancy restore just a strong cleanup & tune up to get it going then take it from there. Any of you jersey guys know of any place around here that could help me out? Appreciate it. You may find that cleaning the points if rusted, fresh gas and a charged battery will make the thing come alive. That is what we did when we bought a non-running 1976 that sat for a time outside. Most of us here, do it ourselves as a labor of love because most golf cart shops don't have a old timer around anymore that used to work on these. good luck.
