Most Economical way to Lift a Yamaha G9
I want to get started, but funds are a little tight. What is the most economical way to lift a cart. ?Just looking for someone with a little experience with this modification.

Re: Most Economical way to Lift a Yamaha G9
For that cart, the most economic yet top notch quality lift kit would run around $300. I wouldn't settle for anything but a Jake's or an All Sports because in the long run it will not be worth it. Both kits are a bit less than $300 and both have great customer service.
All Sports - http://www.everythingcarts.com/p-34-...-lift-kit.aspx Jake's (You can order directly from them.) Second to last from the bottom - http://www.jakescarts.com/Products/yamahaLift.shtml |

Re: Most Economical way to Lift a Yamaha G9
JFritzsd,,, welcome to the forum. There is a lot of great advice here from G9 aficionados, I'm one of them. Don't skimp on the lift, take ads245 advice and buy the best, even if it means holding off for a little while. It's well worth it in the long and short run......

The lift kit and tires for $550 to $650 is a pretty decent deal then. That is about the best I have found. Buy them as a wheel and lift kit together is what I thought would be best. Any advice on tires and rims. Nothing fancy, but something that would set apart from others. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

These deals from the site sponsors would probably suit you best then.

Thanks for the links to the lift and wheel kits. I will be looking into this a bit further and hopefully be able to post the pictures of the build.
Thanks Again, |

I decided to go right to Jakes and get a wheel and tire combo kit with the 6" lift. I hope to work on the Yamaha this weekend.
