Tire wear
2003 ds. Just noticed the outside 1/3 of front driver side tire is starting to wear much more than the other 2/3 of tire. Tire pressure is 15#. It does tend to pull to the left a little but I took that for me being a bit on the hefty side in the drivers seat. Its odd that the steering wheel is also cocked to the left a little. You would think it would be cocked to the right if pulling to the left. Any idea of what would cause this and how to alleviate it.

Re: Tire wear
If you move the steering wheel back and forth, can you tell if there is any play in the front end?

Re: Tire wear
Use a framing square and check the camber on that tire. Also check the toe adjustment for the pulling left.

Re: Tire wear
Underneath the center of the front leaf spring is a hole with a bolt head recessed. you can turn that one way or the other to adjust the camber.

Re: Tire wear
Once you fix it you might want to rotate your tires.

Re: Tire wear
Just FYI on tire rotation - Front tire wear is a fact of life in my case. Since my DS cart is used exclusively for golf, I run very soft/turf Kenda tires at 20 psi (comfortable ride/excellent grip). The front ones wear (slightly on the outside) much more than the rears. That is due to the front of the cart weighing almost nothing, and the turf "knobs" scrubbing on the paved cart path because of frequent corners taken at speed. The wear is almost even on the fronts, but slightly more on driver side due to me being typically heavier than my passenger or the lone occupant from time to time. After one year of wear, I rotate - and the worn tires run with almost no apparent wear, on the rear. Back when I had street tires, the corner-scrubbing was far less apparent.

Re: Tire wear
I drive on the street to my course so my turf tires see a fair amount of wear from running on pavement. I have not rotated them yet but I should.
