2000 Workhorse st350
I have a spark issue. The short plug wire off the coil is not firing, I replaced the coil and have the same problem. If I remove the long plug wire and place on either plug it will run that cylinder. The short plug wire stays dead.
Is it the exciter? It has #150 compression each side, checked all wires, cleaned up all ground wires. Valve clearance is good. I was told by 2 EZ-Go mechanic's that its rare exciters go bad. Also said this is a first for them to have a coil do this. |
