1980 if it’s available. I started out with a free 1994 Marathon that was give to me from my Uncle. I wanted it to get to my deer hunting areas quietly as opposed to my 4 wheeler. I stripped it down to the frame and ripped everything out. I installed new tires, a lithium 52 volt battery, Navitas AC conversion Frankenstein kit. New AC motor, controller, new heavy gauge wiring. I built a control panel box, lights, sound bar, flat black paint, new steering wheel with custom green thunder cat decal in the center, gun and bow holders and new seats. Custom fabrication, wiring and such was done by myself and my father. It will pop a wheelie, I have taken it up to 42 mph before it began to feel unstable, so backed off. I am confident it will go a little faster. I don’t require the speed, but the torque was a big must. I built this about a year ago, just finally getting around to posting. Love my Marathon!

Some more pictures. I use it to get to my bow hunting areas quietly, use it to hog hunt at night, and back home use it to drive around the neighborhood.

Can I join the club? 1983 marathon I got from father-in-law. It ran OK but the head gasket blew so I just replaced all the gaskets and also replaced the rings. Things run great now but the muffler is on its last legs. Anyone have a good aftermarket replacement option?
