Default Finally upgrading 06 Precedent

I have a 06 precedent that the battery's that will not hold a charge anymore so time to upgrade. The cart is stock with a backseat on it. We use the cart driving around our lake and also for hunting in the fall.

This is my plan do the conversion to 6-8 volt batteries, 4 gauge wires, and like to get the plum quick bandit motor.

Is their anything else that I should do to get the most out of the cart? Also I'm going to need a 48 volt to 12 volt converter. What one should I look at getting.

Get the XCT400IQ control and pass on a motor upgrade. The OEM control, not the motor, is bottlenecking performance in my experience. My stock motor is going 22mph on stock tires with the XCT400, and lots of added torque and acceleration.

As for the reducer, get the 30 amp that Scottyb sells.
